Report a problem
Rubbish not collected, broken street lighting, flooding, damaged roads, fallen branches, stray animals, noise or pollution — you can report it online. Choose the problem type, drop a pin on the map, add a photo, and send. You do not need an account, and giving your name is optional. Every report is routed automatically to the responsible division, and you can follow its status on the public map.
The reporting form is in Thai. The map, photo upload and category icons are self-explanatory, but the description field should be written in Thai where possible. If you need help, please call the office during working hours.

If you witness bribery, non-transparent procurement, or misconduct by an official, there is a separate, confidential channel. You may report anonymously; the report is not published publicly and is seen only by the system administrator.

Online services (e-Service)
14 municipal services can be requested online, 24 hours a day — general petitions, waste bin requests, animal registration and vaccination, street light and road repair reports, signage and land tax matters, and social welfare requests. You verify your identity with a 6-digit code sent to your email; no account or password is needed.
These forms are in Thai. If you cannot complete them, you may submit documents in person at the municipal office during working hours.
